This was a cake I made during teacher appreciation week. A well deserved week that should last throughout the entire school year! Teachers have a very special kind of soul that I very much admire…I don’t know how they do all that they do, but I appreciate every bit of it! So, thank you very very much!! This vanilla cake with dark chocolate ganache filling is for my daughter’s first grade teacher…she loves my cake (giggle)! It’s covered in buttercream and adorned with a wafer paper flower.
