Because my brother-in-law turned 30 and i had to bake him a special cake! Made him a dark chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse, covered in dark chocolate ganache decorated with toasted shredded coconut. I made the wine the wine bottle with gumpaste and stuffed it with cake pop mix. Thanks for looking!
