Vanilla cake with strawberry filling and covered with strawberry buttercream. The cage, flowers and birds are all handmade from modeling chocolate and the birds have been coloured with dust. This cake was made for a fundraiser for a family of 5 who had lost their home in a fire just before Christmas.
