I was asked for a four tire cake of Madeira Victoria chocolate and diabetic lemon. On top is dad who is 80, on each cake down is his four children and their children total of 14 people modelled in fondant. This is my first attempt and this I mentioned but she was completely happy with the result. Unfortunately the customer didn’t warrant the weight and the cake collapsed. This is the hardest cake the best cake and now the worst cake I’ve ever made. 😃🤗😢
