An open peony with eucalyptus and other leaves and berries – so pleased with this one. The flower was made following a tutorial by the amazing Calli Hopper. This was four layers of carrot cake with white chocolate and orange buttercream and white chocolate ganache, made for a lady who is always so supportive of my creations and who was celebrating her 60th birthday.
