Steam Cakes - A Steampunk Collaboration

To celebrate the Steampunk International Day, Cake Artists from around the world gathered for a Steampunk Collaboration to be revealed on 14th June 2017.
I am so delighted to be part of this amazing collaboration headed by Carla Rodriguez from Pepper Posh – Sugar Artist among with so manty talented artists.
I called my piece Parthenia. To create my cake i used one of my favourite medium recently – cocoa butter. The face is hand painted with cocoa butter and edible dusts. The whole is complited with vintage rose made out of Saracino wafer paper.

Love love your work Sylwia, this is another stunning creation, fabulous painting, beautiful airbrushing, etc etc etc. Love this. The colours are gorgeous against the black background.
