Cake is 6×4 inch carrot cake filled with creamcheese frosting and iced with white chocolate ganache. The 3D excavator is made out of rice cereal treats and covered in fondant. It was my first time to use the RKT method and the weather had been crazy this past 2 weeks and I am just glad I managed to pull this one through.
