this cake was requested by a young mom. I was scare because of course the original one was from Peggy Does Cakes. this is a 2 tier cake top tier vanilla cake with barvarian cream filling, ganached and cover in fondant. bottom tier vanilla cake with buttercream filling and buttercream icing cover with fondant. black wild animal shillouettes. top tier pumbaa, timon and alots of gumpaste flowers and leaves. it was fun to do but a little challenging. I thank cakers and decorators like Peggy Does Cake for inspiring bakers like me to grow.
