I loved making this MOANA cake !
My client wanted to add a sea turtle ,so I made one inspired by one from finding nemo lol.
I don’t usually make sugar flowers, but I enjoyed making a couple of Hibiscuses too.
I was bit struggled making isomalt wave, but I think its came up really fun cake !
