After seeing one such design on this website, I wanted to combine it with a mirror glazed cake rather than traditionally fondant covered. The bird and the tap are made with Artista soft cold porcelain since it is so incredibly light and I needed something light which would not sink into the cake too deep since I went with rather soft cake with lots of filling.
