different natural colours – several kinds of gingerbread dough with different proportions of the cacao, maple syrup, dark and light honey, berry infusions (blueberries, blackberries, lingonberry, cranberries, cherries in different proportions)
coating before baking – yolk with milk for natural shades and yolk with milk and with the infusion of berries for pink-lilac.
Eyebrows and the details of the eyes parts are modelled from dark dough, not painted
