Very proud to share this cake. Ventured into unknown techniques and mediums for the first time. Absolutely thrilled with the result.

This cake design draws inspiration from romance, love, Paris, French architecture, love letters written using feathers and love birds.

Used isomalt and Rice Krispies for the water fountain. The bird is made with gum paste. The theatre stage is a dummy cut into the shape with Rococo style structure and draping curtains.
The text symbolizes a love letter. The technique used in bottom tier is bas relief.
