This sea turtle cake was ordered for a birthday. The customer ordered this cake the day before so I only had 6 hours to complete it.

100% of the cake is edible. At my business we make all of our cakes from scratch and never freeze them in advance. This ensures our customers receive the freshest product possible without preservatives.

I hand carved the cake and then butter creamed it. I then added all the detailing by hand and airbrushed it. The sand is a combination of brown sugar and graham cracker crumbs.

I love making 3D cakes!! This is the 2nd 3D cake I have made completely by myself.
