I was asked to make a tank cake by a friend for their work colleague who had restored a tiger tank in a local museum. As the gentleman was retiring his colleagues wanted to do something special and so I accepted the challenge. It turned out to be one of the more difficult cake ‘builds’ I’ve done but I think it turned out pretty good in the end.
