I made this 10" dark chocolate mud cake with ganache filling for my 14yos birthday. He just loves Star Wars and his Xbox. Snow was made out of wafer paper. I airbrushed the back board and the forground mountains were made of fondant using a technique by Yeners Way in his mountain scene tutorial.
