Made for our Rainbow Community Center’s annual crab feed fundraiser. Happy to say it went for $550.00 at the live auction. All white cakes torted. Top tier filled with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel Italian meringue buttercream. Bottom tier filled with Tiramisu filling, both iced in vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. I used my new Marvelous Molds seashell molds for the gumpaste decorations, along with some pearl sixlets.
