Lately my son in love with pokemon so much all he talks always about pokemon and their evolutions, somehow he made me remember lots of pokemons name :D
so he wants me to make pokemon cake and cupcakes for his classmate.

since he also lovessss eating strawberry as well, I decided to make pokemons (pichu, pikachu and raichu are his favorite) eating strawberry :) with some of his favorite characters as well.

it’s a 7" tall strawberry cake with strawberry meringue buttercream, for the cupcakes are strawberry cheesecake cupcakes with graham crackers on the bottom. can’t believe he is 6 now. oh gosh… time really goes so fast. happy weekend :)
