Client sent an inspiration photo and I changed it up a bit. I wasn’t able to get an edible image of the Air Force crest, so I cut out fondant pieces and then used an edible ink marker to draw on details. Bottom tier is dark chocolate cake filled and iced in chocolate ganache. Top tier is vanilla almond chocolate chip filled with vanilla buttercream. Entire cake was iced in vanilla buttercream ruffles (didn’t think to get a photo of the back so you could see. :/) Flag is made out of fondant and then stripes and blue painted on.
