The bride really loved the style of the cakes on the show choccywoccydoodah but the groom is allergic to chocolate so i tried to replicate the designs in sugarpaste and gumpaste. The tiers were about 6" high and i used a little rolling pin to press ridges into the sides of the cakes while freshly sugarpasted. The sash was the trickiest part!
