I learnt this Vintage themed Cake in Polka Dots Academy’s modern Wedding Class, Delhi.This is a five-tier simple and elegant cake.Though simple it is full of techniques. The top tier has hammered effect followed by textured tier and an antique photo-frame with Queen Elizabeth1’s edible picture. The rest of the tiers have been decorated using moulds.
