30 Turkish sugar artists come together to give a message of peace my making sugar creations organised by GSARN. And this is my contrubution ‘Peace on Earth’

No matter what our color, religion, gender or language, we are all children of the earth. When we could put our differences aside and achieve to see that we are all humans who laughs and cries, then we could have world peace.

In this work, I was inspired by famous sculptor Paul Granlund’s “Constellation Earth” statue in Nagasaki Peace Park, Japan. Different colors and genders of the figures represents diversity of peoples of the world. As for the tree, it represents a life in touch with nature.
