Using 2017 wedding cake trends, I created a small collection of wedding cakes.

This one utilize bas relief, a technique I’ve been dying to use. The white on white scheme is definitely a trend, and because I love texture, I created a floral texture on the top and bottom tiers with wafer paper cut outs.
