Winter Poinsettia Cake

This is the cake I made for my grandmother’s 80th birthday. The bottom tier is inspired by a gorgeous winter cake I saw on Pinterest, the top tier is English style knit. I made that gumpaste poinsettia after taking Nick Lodge’s class on Craftsy.
