This was really quick cake I’d made a couple of weeks ago. As I had the Christmas order rush going out the door I didn’t have much time to make us a pretty looking cake this year so as soon as the last cake went out the door a quick carrot cake with cream cheese frosting on the top and roses made from left over buttercream had to do.
My roses were not perfect but it was good enough for us.
