Saw a tutorial for polka dotted cakes and thought i’d give it a go for my friends birthday…needless to say she loved it!

made a lemon/lime zested sponge with lemon curd and buttercream filling. Case was fondant and chrysanthemum was made out of snipped mini marshmallows dipped in coloured sugar :D
