This is the second cake that I have made to raise money at Christmas for the benefit of a Charity that works with Children. The cake will be raffled in association with Burnham Youth Club to raise much needed funds to keep the club going.

I cook with the children at the club and we make sure that allergies are covered when choosing recipes as some of the members do have them. This raises awareness of the dangers associated with having allergies. The top cake is Gluten Free.
