I was asked by a friend to make this 18th birthday cake for her son. I remember when William was born so was honoured to be asked to make his cake. My friend gave me a few photos of his bedroom and she’s assured me that I’ve got everything just spot on – phew! It’s chocolate cake with chocolate ganache including the bed. The furniture is made of fondant with Tylose powder.
