This was my first “sculpted cake”. . .my son’s favorite activity is longboarding. . .and even better, to longboard through an empty parking garage. For his birthday this year, I decided to sculpt a parking garage with Ben longboarding down the ramp. This was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting under the fondant.
