Sophia will be 2 this weekend and her Mum Angelina asked me to make a really big #2 cake with lots of mini cupcakes in shades of purple, pink and tones of glitter and butterflies on the top.

The large #2 cake is vanilla sponge, buttercream covered in the nearly naked style and the sponge layers inside are in shades of pink.
And the flavours of the bite sized cupcakes are strawberry and white chocolate – Lemon with a hidden fresh blueberry inside each one and Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream.
