This 60th Anniversary Cake is a 3 tier cake. The bottom tier was covered in
Vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream. The heart on the bottom tier was made
of chocolate, and the letters from fondant then painted with gold luster dust.
The middle tier was covered with Chocolate Ganache and then decorated with
royal icing.
The top tier was covered in Cream Cheese Buttercream rosettes.
