Here is a cake I made for my husband’s birthday. He keeps on telling us he is the peace man, Lol, so I thought it was only fitting to make him a hippy VW cake. The outer part of the cake is white chocolate. The cake itself is a dark chocolate mud cake with a hazelnut truffle buttercream filling.
