This cake was inspired by Pete The Dragon. The customer wanted to have a cake that resemble somehow the original cartoony character. Is all cake and fully edible. I dint want to use a lot of fondant or molding chocolate seem it was a cake for 40+ people. Only the hair, tail and hand are made fully with fondant, everything else is cake. Also I used White chocolate ganache for the head tier. The rest of the tiers are just butter cream.
I also made some cupcakes to accompany him on the main table.
