Felt like baking so whipped this up to take into the office. Made a basic chocolate cake, split it into 3 layers, filled it with Nutella and covered it in black cherry flavoured buttercream. First time making Italian meringue buttercream and it was so tasty…it nearly didn’t make it onto the cake!
