One of my dear friends was having an Anniversary party for his business, Saladworks. This was one of my very 1st fondant cakes and was made on the fly about 2 hours before the party. This is the cake that made me realize I’m pretty good at this and could start my own business. I had been laid off the month prior from my management job of 8 years. So the cake was delivered, I got some ohhs and ahhhs and the business cards were ordered a week later!
