Last year we did a Princess Sophie cake for this litttle princess of ours, And this time it was Elsa & her Frozen crew. Along with the b’day girl’s mom we set up a small dessert table with jelly, sugar sprinkled marshmallow pops & candys.

Bake make : Two tiers of 2 layers each of moist red velvet cake with vanilla bean merringue frosting. Both the buttercream tiers were palette brush textured and decorated with fondant accents, isomalt shards and topped with plastic figurines of Elsa , Anna and their team Frozen
