Was fortunate enough to attend the bride and groom topper class with Zoe from Zoes Fancy Cakes about 10 months ago and plucked up enough courage to offer to do my friends “Uk” wedding cake. They actually got married in Cyprus earlier in the year after having to postpone their wedding as the groom was taken seriously ill last year and was in a coma. Horrible time for the whole family but they got through it and had a beautiful wedding with a small group. They wanted to celebrate with their UK Friends so I was honoured to do their cake. For any of you that follow Zoe you’ll see where my inspiration came from. I was so pleased with the outcome and the Bride and Groom loved it. It was a pleasure to help out such a lovely couple. I’m just a hobby baker – just for friends and family.
