Very similar to a cake I’ve done before in the Cath Kidston style.
This was a last minute cake made for Emma’s Nana who was having a birthday.
She’s not been in the best of health so her family were getting all the generations together to give her a lovely afternoon of tea and cake.
I’m told that’s just about all she’s eating these days, so I hope she had a good slice and enjoyed it.

These were the fastest roses I’ve ever made with thanks to the FM rose cutter which takes the work out of making roses but still gives a really good finish. I think it’s my favourite gadget.
