This is my 1st attempt at a human 3D fondant sculpture cake topper. I’m pretty impressed; however, I am a major perfectionist and started over about 10 times, and would have a few more, but my daughter was happy. This is her 10th birthday cake: 4 layers choc. & van. w/ my signature cream cheese bc. It’s covered in 1/4" lavender white chocolate ganache (her creation).
