This cake was fun! The bottom tier has the high school abbreviation, and each side represents the graduates interests (music, art, and reading). The cap on top is completely edible! I found a use for matzo! The bottom of the cap is 1/2 of the sports ball pan, but the top is matzo covered in chocolate and then fondant. The tassel is fondant as well!
