Cake is yellow cake filled with American vanilla buttercream and covered with dark chocolate ganache and fondant. Flowers are sculpted from gum paste blended with a tiny bit of fondant, and colored using Wilton gel colors and Chefmaster gel colors. Large flowers are wired and attached to the cake with wires, white candy melts, and straws. Smaller flowers are attached with white candy melts.
