For this groom’s cake, I was asked to come up with something NY Jets and Miami Heat themed. This polka dot flavored (similar to “funfetti”) cake is topped with ganache and vanilla fondant. Half is designed with a NY Jets logo, football and turf field, while the other half is emblazoned with the Miami Heat logo, basketball and flames. This one with a lot of fun to do and I had a blast creating it!
