My beautiful, loving little grandson Freddy was 3 today. He is a real chocolate fiend! I made him this deep dark chocolate mud cake, filled and covered in chocolate buttercream and dripped with dark chocolate ganache. I made many of the chocolate decorations, including the sweet golden mice. The lovely gold mirror name topper will feature on all of Freddy’s cakes in the years to come. Love that little man 😍
