Chocolate Oreo drip cake!

This is a belated birthday cake for a friend of mine. I didn’t have much time to put a fondant one together so I thought I’d try out how to do a drip cake using a mirror glaze chocolate top.

Thank ladies for your lovely comments. Sandra I totally agree, I don’t like the taste of fondant and just love simple buttercream cakes…..I got a funny look when I said I just want a Victoria sponge for my birthday!
