My Granddaughter Amy requested a simple cake with lots of fruit to celebrate her 13th Birthday.
She’s not a lover of fondant icing but loves her fruit so I overloaded this toffee & strawberry flavored sponge cakes with the fruit she likes & added her name & a chocolate 13.
