It was my brother’s wedding and a week before my Dad called up and said he wants something different and exquisite which no one had ever seen in our Family and friends.
Initially i said no to him coz it was my brother’s wedding and I don’t want to miss all the fun..Next day early morning I came up with an idea of a Chandelier Cake …so that was it.. I didn’t tell it to anyone except my elder sis who managed all the affair at the venue…how and where to hang the cake and finally after having a week of sleepless nights with all that rain and humidity…. simultaneously attending the functions here is the cake!!

*My dad called up the very next day and he had tears in his eyes and the only thing he could say was God Bless You

About the cake-
Top tier is white chocolate mud cake with raspberry SMBC filling and frosted with white chocolate ganache
2nd tier is Caramel mud cake with caramel ganache filling and dark chocolate ganache frosting
Rest two tiers are dummies with silk orchids and crystals
