My mum’s birthday cake, the story behind it is she enjoys going away to the beach with my dad and her dog in their caravan and one thing they do when they are away is to walk little Pippa the dog on the beach, they also make it tradition to have a knickerbocker glory style ice cream at the beach so I thought I’d try and combine all the things she loves doing in her cake.
