This weekend’s beastly cake is a bright and delicious candy shoppe theme! I love this one! The base cake is 14" and the cake is over two feet tall! All candies and decor are made with fondant and the “plastic” wrappers are made from gelatin. A fun technique I learned from Marina Sousa. The tier flavors are chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing and white cake with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream. Complete with a cherry on top! Mmmmmm
