Cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream covered in MMF. Rainbow panels are also MMF. Horses are RKT covered in modeling chocolate. All other details are gumpaste and fondant. Cake was made for the retirement of Rae Croteau Jr. from the Chuckwagon racing sport here in Alberta, Canada
