Who wants fish for lunch? I made this red emperor fish cake for a 60th birthday. It’s the biggest cake I’ve done so far, 18 inches long by 8 inches high! White choc mud cake with lemon curd & white choc buttercream. It’s covered in fondant and airbrushed. :)
