This cake was over 3.5’ in height when stacked completely, it was all double depth tiers. It was a total of 80 hours work as the flowers were all sugar and individually wired. Each tier was a different flavour; Choc/Vanilla/Choc orange/strawberry & cream and lemon. I loved the end result, especially the reaction of the bride & groom and all the guests, but it was hard work and very stressful!
